To Our Children’s Future With Health — Since 1992, To Our Children’s Future With Health has  worked to empower communities toward healthy living through health and education services. The nonprofit’s goals are “Improve, Provide, Facilitate and Create” and they accomplish this by providing healthy meals, preventive health services, youth development and other initiatives. ACHIEVEability — Low-income, single parent and homeless families can look no further than ACHIEVEability. The award-winning organization develops programs to stabilize families and make them more self-sufficient. Parents are encouraged to work at least a 30 hours and to complete at least five classes toward a post-secondary degree or its equivalent. There are tons of ways to volunteer and to donate, directly.


Women’s Institute for Family Health — “Empowerment through wellness.” That’s the motto of Women’s Institute for Family Health. The nonprofit organization provides health, social support and education to promote the overall wellbeing of women, men, youth and families.
